Q: Do I have to have insurance on my unit while it’s being stored?

A: Yes, you must have regular insurance or a storage policy package for anything stored at Storland. You may do this through your own insurance company, or any Autoplan office.

Q: Do I need to let you know I am coming in?

A: No, you may come anytime between our open hours, which are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM in the summer and 8:00 AM - dusk in the winter. If you have a special circumstance, you may call us and bring it to our attention.

Q: Are you a secure site?

A: Yes, we are nestled in a quiet, rural neighbourhood with units surrounded by a fully fenced compound and management living on site. This setting helps to create the security and comfort that our customers enjoy.

Q: Do I have to make a commitment to long-term parking/contract?

A: No, you do not. We have a number of options for length of stay. We have discounted rates for longer term, or you can stay for a day. Contact us for more details.

Q: Do you have good turnaround space for my unit?

A: We have very generous turnaround space for any size unit.

Q: Do I have my own spot, or will it change when I leave for a weekend/trip?

A: We give you a designated space that will not change, during the length of your continuous contract.

Q: Is your site legally zoned for RV & Boat Storage?

A: Yes
